Bodegas Monje lies nestled in the temperate climate of El Sauzal and boasts sensational views of El Teide. Since 1750 the Monje family have been producing wine and now the fifth generation are at the helm. Oak barrels and modern maceration systems coexist creating the special character and flavour of the Monje red, white and rosé wines, making them an essential accompaniment to Canary Island cuisine.
