Yes it is. It has the licence as a legally operated vacation home with licence number VV-38-4-0089392. The licence plate is on the exterior of the house.
Yes there is. We have two 4G wifi (20MB) connections which allows for checking of email, internet surfing, online conversations on Zoom, Teams and Netflix streaming is available on the TV. Fibre Optics in this area have been requested but infrastructure is not there at the moment. Having two separate wifi signals allows for two people to work separately comfortably.
Yes there is. The property has its own garage and there are parking spaces outside the property.
Standard procedure is at 15:00. However, do let us know when exactly your time of arrival is and we will be as proactive as possible. If we can allow you to occupy the property earlier we will. Remember that perhaps guests departing that day leave at 12:00, at the latest, so we do need to clean and freshen up the property to provide you with the best experience.
We know!!! Departing is always tough! Standard procedure is 12:00, at the latest, so we can freshen up and clean in advance of other guests arrivals that same day. However let us know in advance what your exact departure time is and we will be as flexible and accomodating as possible.
Within a 2 minute walking distance the area of La Paz boasts different restaurants, bars, pharmacy, opticians, supermarkets, boutiques, a small church…everything is there to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We do not encourage pets at our properties but given certain personal circumstances and the type of pet we are willing to be accomodating.
Yes there is a BBQ facility. You will need to buy coal and lighters once you arrive.
The property runs on 220v and has two pin plug system installed. If you re visiting from the UK please bring three point plugs with you.
Yes of course. We have cots available should you need them and can provide initial baby necessities on arrival.

A large queen size bed, large cupboard and storage area, and tastefully decorated. High roof and indirect lighting allow for a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. An ensuite bathroom is available with a large bathtub and shower. The room can be darkened properly through curtains.

An open, practical kitchen including microwave, refrigerator, freezer. toaster, coffee machine, boiling kettle, oven, relevant cutlery and glassware. The kitchen table has high stools to enjoy breakfast in an informal atmophere (also useful to work at with a laptop).
Yes there is one but there is no drier. Located in the storage area behind the kitchen.
The property does not have airconditioning. The mild temperatures all year round do not justify this.

A selection of Spanish, German, British and other language channels are available through either streaming platforms or basic digital antenna access.

“Absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 weeks in Kati’s place with our 5 month old son, and loved it. The house is spacious and light, and has everything you need to feel right at home. It keeps nicely warm at night when it gets chilly outside, and cool in the day when the sun’s out. The outdoor areas are really nice and you get both sun and shade so you can choose what you prefer. The walk down to the oceanfront is nice and quick, and there’s a scenic walking/running route out to playa Bollullo. Kati was an amazing host. As we were traveling with a baby she had prepared a few special things for us upon arrival, and she was super helpful during our stay – She helped with local recommendations, changing covid regulations and finding the best hospital when we wanted the little one to see a doctor. “This is a brilliantly located 2 bedroom bungalow literally a couple of minutes from all the local amenities and public transport. It has been modernised to a high standard and is more Ikea than typically Spanish. It is surrounded by 3 terraces which provide a variety of relaxing spaces. Although so close to everything it is in a quiet road and has its own parking. It was beautifully clean, bedding and towels changed regularly and easy to maintain. Thoroughly enjoyed my extended stay here and would come again”.

“We stayed for one week at Kari’s place and we loved it. We were 3 adults and 2 kids (4 and 2 yo) and we had plenty of room for everybody. Kati was extremely nice and arranged for a crib for the baby and provided some food for our arrival as well. The house has been renovated recently and it is very nicely arranged and extremely clean. The patio that surrounds the house is great for the kids and there are beautiful typical plants with bananas and passion fruits growing. Having 2 bathrooms is also a big plus. We hope we will be back soon!”
